Budding Scientists

Using the Scientific Method

This week we went further with the scientific method, digging deep into asking good questions, thinking about changing variables, and learning from our mistakes. We realized how important it was to work carefully when using glass beaker and how the smallest details in our method can influence the outcome of an experiment.

Graphing Patterns and Determining Divisibility

From patterns we identified, we were able to determine the ordered pairs and then graph them using a line graph. Additionally, we were able to discover patterns of divisibility and prove them.

Over the last two weeks we have taught our buddies about chemical and physical change by creating lava lamps and enjoyed pancake and pyjama day with them by reading some great stories together.
