For 7 weeks beginning Aug 22nd I have set myself a challenge to improve my nutrition, daily activity and sleep. To keep my self honest I will be posting my progress on this blog. Specifically, I’m aiming to do the following: 1 – Bring my own lunch everyday and drink no less than 2 litres of water per day. 2 – Reduce consumption of refined sugar and carbs by reviewing all food labels. 3 – 15mins of stretching each night. 4 – Read things that will lead to increased self-mastery. 5 – Get 7-8 hours of sleep every night. 6 – Do a high intensity workout Mon,Tue & Thu,Fri from 12:30 – 1:00pm (Update: I’m still recovering from a huge crash at a Whistler Bike Park and doing Physio so are now focusing on increasing daily steps).

  • 15 squat jumps (squat below 90, jump as high as possible
  • 3X 2 flights of stair sprints (up 2 flights and back down is 1, do 3 to complete 1 round)
  • 4 Rounds on the clock
