In the following questions you must use CORRECT MUSIC TERMINOLOGY.

Make sure you know the specific terms of what you need to talk about.

What is the key of your tune? Time Signature? *
C major

What sort of rhythms are used in your song? *
There are multiple rhythms in the song amazing grace. but the majority of it is half notes and quarter notes, and the quarter notes go with the half notes because the rhythm is three fourths

Discuss your note accuracy and rhythm accuracy in regards to your strumming and melodic playing… *
My note and strumming accuracy was poor, because I never went to Mr. O’tools office. I didn’t have time to, because all my progress was saved onto a loaner because my computer was always restarting. When I got my computer back, I had to restart everything in ten minutes because I had to reinstall everything, including Garage band, and it took a while. So in the end, I only had a lesson to do the strumming singing and picking. I struggled with the picking the most.

What Ukulele skills have you acquired? *
I acquired many ukulele skills, such as strumming, I have heard of strumming before, but never really tried it. I have never heard of someone strumming on the bass, there is either no such thing, or it is really rare, because it sounds really bad.

How did you decide your tempo to match your song and style? Did the context of the song change because of this? *
I used used three fourths to make the music fit in, because the song had three notes in the bar, either three quarter notes, and one half note and two quarter notes

How did you use the editing tools in Garageband? Editing, cutting, flex-time, trimming, plugins… *
I didn’t really know how to use the editing tools, so I left it as is. I tried to get Ethan Muller’s help too. I didn’t even know what flex-time and plugins were until this morning

Discuss your recording process; did you have any concerns or issues? *
I quickly sang the song in 2 minutes, the singing was good enough to be on beat, but I was of tune. The strumming wasn’t bad either. But I really struggled with the picking, getting the beat right…getting the right notes, and I was pressed for time. I wanted to do something at home, but the ukulele’s here are different from my ukulele at home, so I couldn’t do anything at home
