Today I presented my passion project on the effects of video games in your average life. During this project, I learned that video games had a really big impact on your life. For example, video games can improve reaction time, hand-eye coordination and even memory! the best part is that I got to play video games as an experiment to find out the effects of video games on your life. next time I will be doing a project on agitation coke/sprite/mentos…
So this is my favourite piece of work so far in year 5 because it shows who I really am and what I like. In addition, this gives me an image of how expensive the things in the outside world actually are. Also this helps me improve my addition skills by challenging me to calculate more difficult and larger numbers mentally, for example 99,000 + 50,000 + 150,000. In this experience, I listed things that I wanted and then I search up the price of the objects or things I wanted. In conclusion, this has showed me the rewards of being ambitious ( I shall achieve the things on my list).
Hi, a few weeks ago I built a clay tile with my own two hands and now this is a review of it. I am going to answer these 3 questions: How do you feel making a clay piece with your own two hands? What is it like to be a artist and a maker? Finally, how does this experience challenge your views of an artist and a maker? When I make something with my own two hands I feel like this is the original piece. This experience had helped me understand how it is like to be a artist by giving me the chance to be the designer, creator and maker. This challenges my view of a maker and a artist by mentioning that a maker can be a maker in different ways.
This is a link to my personal user digital profile. From now on I will follow it. A personal user digital profile is a agreement so when I use computers I will behave properly.
Hello my name is Shunkiu and this is my first year at CDNIS Hong Kong. The first three weeks of school I learnt about math, performing arts, art, P.E and also english. In math we learnt about place value up to billions trillions. We also did a test to see where we are at. In performing arts we played musical games such as clapping to the notes and performing without speech. Also in art we drew our front covers of our drawing books and painted artist themed pictures. In P.E we are learning about racket sports like and ping pong. In english we practiced typing and did a test to test our limits. I had a lot of fun in these 3 weeks!
