Asbury Field Trip Reflection

Today we went to Asbury Centre and we learned about subdivided flats. Before visiting, we learned a bit about subdivided flats, and not everyone knew that much. Afterwards, we had a speaker talk about it more. Then we seperated in to a group of six and we had one hundred and twenty dollars to spend on some things for them. Our group visited several shops and in the end we bought a pack of toilet paper, a small toy, and some shower gel. On our way to meet her, we met her Kai Fong. Kai Fong means people who live in the area you live in. He was also her neighbor. After visiting her small home, we realized that our living conditions were really good. I think this was a really good experience for us. Not only does it raise awareness to other people, it also teaches us not to take everything for granted.
