Over the last unit, I and a bunch of friends in PE did Dance class. In dance class, we were asked to do a series of movements that represent the 5 elements of dance, which are Body, Space, Time, Energy and Action. We also learned how to do a bunch of lifts, such as the vertical lift, horizontal lift, sideways lift, and a bunch others. The lifts are specifically done so that it feels lighter to lift others and they can relieve weight by holding, pushing something like your kneecap.
