For my 2nd seminar, I chose Ancient Greek Food. Here is what Joyce and Beni (Presenters) shared with us.
Greek food is really healthy, they eat lots of wheat and bread, they eat lentils, grapes and vegetables. When Greek people eat dinner, the fruit is on the side and the vegetables are the main food. The one thing Greek people don’t eat is red meat. Like chicken or animal meat.
This happened cause there’s too much consumption of wine and too much salt in other food. And it protects you from Alzheimer and other diseases.
Greek food is better because Chinese Food has too much oil. It affected the world by protecting people against Alzheimer and diseases.
I enjoyed this seminar cause it’s food. 🙂
