drinking more water

the 2019 school year has officially begun. there is so much to do this month with PP, math exam and tests. science and english summatives… etc. it’s hard to stay on top of my #nutrition by drinking more water than sugary drinks because i’m sleep deprived and i am just trying hard to stay awake in class via Instagram http://bit.ly/2GYODHu
