Health and Wellness: Sleep

My goal for sleep was to manage to get good quality sleep for 8 hours to 10 hours for five days a week. I think that considering I try to go to sleep at a consistent time, this goal was not too hard to achieve because I naturally go to sleep at around just before 10pm, I allow myself to get around 8 hours of sleep every night. I also get slightly more on weekends where I will sleep quite late at night after watching a cricket/football match but will wake up later in the day at around 9:30am which gives me closer to 9-10 hours of sleep on Saturdays. Ironically, I got slightly lazier as the project went by in terms of taking photos of when I went to sleep but I still managed to go to sleep before 10pm every day.
