Swim Team Try Outs Updates

Swim Team Try Outs will take place this week on Thursday and Friday from 2.40-4pm.

Open try out, come along to make the team.

Dear Parents and Swimmers,

We are looking forward to the ISSFHK Swim Season. This also leads into selection for other international meets in December and March

Please see information below about the Swim Team Try Outs.
The Swim team has the opportunity to train up to 8 times a week. If you make the swim team you are expected to make at least 3 of these training times (min).
The cost of joining the Swim team is $1000 and once you are named on the team you will be sent information about registration and payment.
The final work is completed on our much improved SwimmingPool (new air con, new pool temp, new air temp, new viewing area, new filtration system, faster water).
Please see Swim Team Criteria Below.
1. Achieve HKASA Division 2 qualifying times in 50M, 100M freestyle AND 50M, 100M of one more stroke other than freestyle.
2. Commit to train at least 3 times a week. (out of 8 sessions)

As we are waiting for the final work to be completed on our much improved Swimming Pool (new air con, new pool temp, new air temp, new viewing area, new filtration system, faster water). Try outs will now take place next weekTuesday 23-26 August from 3.30-5pm.  You may not be needed for the whole time so please contact Coach Alex Wong for details.

CDNIS Aquathon Team Results!

It was great to see our CDNIS Aquathon team in action over the weekend.

Congratulations to all our athletes and in particular Jasper Coggins, who came 1st in his race and Haley Chu who came 2nd in the HK Schools Aquathon 2016 on Sunday.

Thanks to our Aquathon Coaches Wong and Orbell, for this new programme at CDNIS.

2016 SEASAC Swimming Results

Congratulations to our hardest training school sports team – SEASAC Swim Team. March 4-5, 29 swimmers competed well at SEASAC in Kuala Lumper. The Girls team in particular had great results; 5th overall, with our U14 swimmers leading the way. Almost all swimmers swum PB’s and Dana set a SEASAC record for 200 breast stroke. Congratulations all swimmers and Coach Orbell and Wong.
