Programme Day: Volleyball At Its Finest

Timberwolves Volleyball Programme organised on Friday 22 and Saturday 23 October an intense 2-days VB Programme Day.

On Friday 22 October, evening, U14 and U16 Boys competed against each other during almost three (3) hours, and the progress made on that single occasion were just phenomenal.

On Saturday 23 October,

  • U14/16/20 Girls have played for almost five (5) hours. the benefits of the Programme Day are huge a) major boost for the self-confidence of our athletes; b) Teams have demonstrated some great improvement on their set pieces, and understanding of the game; c) The fun and the incredibly friendly atmosphere might have finally achieved to convince the reticent girls that Volleyball is a crazy good game.
  • U16 & 20 Boys went to HKIS for the HKIS Invitational Competition, where both teams Timberwolves U16 Boys and Timberwolves U20 Boys won their respectives division, against some prestigious schools HKIS and ICS.

Two Timberwolves shone at BOCHK Archery Cup 2020-2021 (July)

On July 8th, 2021, Tanasha T. and Erin S., two proud CDNIS Timberwolves athletes have competed at the BOCHK Archery Cup 2020-2021.

Erin S. took a brilliant second place, and has carried high the values of the Timberwolves. Proud.

Welcome back to School Year 2021/22!

The Timberwolves Sports Tryouts will begin on Tuesday 24th August. We will be selecting our teams, and then preparing the players for the ISSFHK competitions as soon as the Education Bureau grants permission to recommence the interschool leagues.
Season One Sports:
* U14, U16, U20 Volleyball
* U14, U20 Football
* US Cross Country
* US Golf
* US Equestrian Team
* Netball U16/20
* US Sailing/ Rowing
* Skateboarding
Practice Time Slots have also been adapted to fit with the new classroom schedule:
Morning sessions: 7:15am – 8:15am
As some practices run from 7:15am-8:15am, the school is providing a Sports Shuttle from the WCH MTR (Exit A2) departing at 7:05am Tuesday to Friday. Registered US bus students should not take LS buses as there is no guarantee buses will arrive in time for 7:15am practices.

Students travelling by private vehicle, taxi or Uber must still use the Sports Shuttle as students are not allowed to be dropped off at school for morning practices.
Afterschool sessions: 4:05pm – 5:05pm
Activity Buses will depart 5:10pm and 5:15pm
Offsite Facility Usage:
Students and parents should be aware that if they intend to sign up for activities that use offsite facilities, then they should be prepared to follow HK Government requirements:
* Sanitize hands on arrival and departure
* Use face masks
* Scan the “Leave Home Safely” tracking app (or manually sign in)

Timberwolves are back in action, and proposes a super inclusive ‘All-Welcome’ sport programme for Grade 6 – 11, a 1-hour class fulfilled with fun and friendship.


Compulsory sign-up form for all Students who would like to participate.  


  • Week1 : Tuesday May 25th to Friday May 28th, 2021 //  2.30pm – 3.50pm
  • Week2: Tuesday June 1st to Friday June 4th, 2021  //  2.30pm – 3.50pm
  • Week3: Tuesday June 8th and Wednesday June 9th, 2021. //  2.30pm – 3.50pm

Join the Athletic Department and participate in our Saturday Sports Day Specials.
U12-U20 students can join us on Saturday mornings and take part in badminton, basketball, rugby, softball, touch, table tennis, or yoga.
