Pre-Season Ball Hockey Training Programme!

Join the new and exciting Pre-Season Ball Hockey Training Programme! Open to Grade 7-12 upper school students, welcoming all experienced AND non-experienced players.

Interested in playing hockey outside the season, or just want to try out a new sport for fun? This is the perfect opportunity. We’ll focus on developing hockey skills, learning different drills, as well as having lots of game time in each session. Don’t worry if you never played hockey before; this will be a great learning experience! And if you are planning on trying out for the ball hockey team in season 2, this is a good practice opportunity too!
We will have 5 sessions in total
Time: Fridays 3:45pm – 5pm – 
Dates: Sept 27, Oct 4th, Oct 18th, Oct 25, Nov 1st.
Location: CDNIS, 3rd Floor Basketball Court

**Attendance to all sessions is not mandatory, but we encourage you to come to as many sessions as you can!
**All equipment and sticks will be provided, but you may bring your own sticks if you’d like!

3/F Wall Of Fame – ArtWork Starts

The ArtWork of Timberwolves Wall Of Fame starts, and will end on Thursday September 12th, with the creation of a new section dedicated to our new sports Sailing, Rowing & Climbing.

Congrats to all nominees who have massively contributed to the Timberwolves sports. Come to check it Out on the 3/F Lobby.

 

CDNIS Netball Coaches Getting Pro!!!

What a fantastic achievement, and what a smile!

Natalie Ross & Amy Koo, our amazing Timberwolves Netball Coaches & CDNIS Staff/Teacher, both have been certified INF Coach Level 1, from Hong Kong Netball Association, after 6 hours of training, on Sunday September 1st. Well done, coaches, so proud of you!

The Netball programme at CDNIS is definitely booming… thanks to this 2 super stars.
