Splash Dash 2018

By March 5, 2018News & Updates

Splash Dash is a Swim-a-thon fundraiser at CDNIS, March 18thSplash is a non-profit organisation that leads swim/water safety courses for under-served communities who may not have the access or means for swim lessons. Splash takes place Sunday@CDNIS.  The Swim-a-thon fundraiser is a massive event, for more information on how to enter a team (corporate/social/family) and ways to support Splash go to the Splash Dash info.

The Splash Dash Relay is just around the corner and we’re thrilled to share that a private donor has generously offered to match the first HK$ 2,500 raised by the first 25 teams that register.

It does not matter if you are a serious or recreational swimmer.  In fact, if you’re good enough to enjoy an afternoon swimming around a junk, chances are you’re good enough for the Splash Dash Relay!  Teams race the clock – not necessarily each other – to see how many laps they can swim in 30 minutes.   It’s quick, it’s fun and most of all, it’s an easy way to remove the economic barriers so that more people have a chance to learn.
