The CDNIS XC Team had a fantastic climax to their Cross Country season with our team of 31 athletes performing very well on the challenging ISSFHK Championship course at Tai Tong Country Park on Friday. The TWovles athletes were well prepared for the challenge thanks to their commitment to training throughout the season and the wonderful leadership of Coaches HJab, Richardson, Flan Man and Larson.
Highlights of the Day was Charlie’s commanding victory in the Boys U20 Race. 7 out of the 8 races were decided by under 10 seconds … Charlie destroyed his opposition by 1 min 30! And he came across the finish line with a smile on his face!
Harmony also completed her undefeated season with a great Gold Medal at the Championships in the U16 event.
Our Boys U20 team finished with Silver.
Our Girls Team were 3rd overall.
