All TWolves Athletes are invited – and expected – to attend a 1-hour presentation by Penny Heyns at 3pm on Tuesday, October 10th.

During this presentation, she will discuss how to develop mental toughness, resilience in sport and talk about goal setting and overcoming difficulties to achieve at the elite level.

Penny Heyns is an elite athlete and as an international swimmer established herself as the world’s greatest female breaststroker of the 20th century by becoming the only woman in Olympic history to win both the 100 and 200-meter breaststroke events and by breaking 14 individual world records during her career.
Her experiences, both while training internationally while in US and Canada with some of the most successful athletes in those respective countries, and while competing at the forefront of international competition, have given her unparalleled insights into what it takes to get to the top, and more importantly, how to stay there. a For more information about PennyHeyns please view her website
