Our strong team of 41 Cross Country runners (from Grade 5-12) competed with 700 other ISSFHK runners in theChampionship race in Pui O today (Wednesday).
U12/14’s ran 3km, U16/20 Girls ran 4km and our U16/20 Boys completed a 5km course.
The highlight of the day was our G16 Team who took out the G16 Championship with a powerful team effort. This is our best Cross Country result for a long time. Congratulations Tomoko, Carolyn, Julia, Nicola and Natasha on your ISSFHK Championship. Our U20 Boys also brought home Bronze in the U20 Boys Division. A special thanks to our great CDNIS staff who coordinated the race; Coaches Jablonowski, Hosick, Matzoukis, Grantham, Flanagan, MacDonald and AD legends Shirley, Ngan, Sharmaine, Ching and Metz for making this event a huge success for the 20 schools that took part.
