What is the CDNIS ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM?

The CDNIS ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM is an online student management system powered by Veracross. It is a modular system that allows many of the different tasks performed by school staff to be incorporated into one system. The registration system can be accessed from any computer/phone that has internet access.

How do I get my CDNIS ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM  login and password?

All CDNIS parents may use their Veracross log in to access the online registration system.  Non  CDNIS parents must create a new account. Upon completion of set-up, they will receive an email with a log in ID and a link to register for CDNIS After School Activities. For  questions or problems logging in please email onedoor@cdnis.edu.hk.

How do I register for ASAs?

Please log in using your parent username and password. 

Will I receive confirmation of my child’s registration?

Parents may print out a receipt at the completion of the registration process. Parents are also able to access the CDNIS ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM at any time to check their child’s ASA schedule.

How do I pay for my child’s ASAs?

Payment MUST be made online via credit card. Payment must be received to confirm your child’s registration in selected activities.

I want to change or cancel my ASA registration, how can I do this?

Parents wishing to cancel or change their child’s schedule after the commencement of the session will be charged an administration fee of $100. Changes made due to in-school activities will not be subject to the penalty.

My child catches the school bus. What do I need to do?

Please contact Please contact Kwoon Chung at 2979 8798 or via email cdnis@kcm.com.hk to find the appropriate after school bus for your child. Buses are available at 4:10, 4:20, 5:10 and 5:20. Please note that the 5:10 and 5:20 bus routes have limited service. If there are changes to your child’s ASA schedule please inform Kwoon Chung Motors within 48 hours.

 

I want to pick up my child after their ASA. How can I do this?

Parents may pick up students  on foot via the 9/F main lobby for activities that end at 3:10/3:15. All other pick up on foot will be after the 4pm buses have loaded. If there are changes to your child’s pick up schedule, please inform the ASA Department within 48 hours.

My child is young and doesn’t know where the ASA  is  located. I’m worried they may miss their activity or get lost.

All homeroom teachers have a list of after school activities being taken by their students and are reminding children daily of their ASA schedules.

Each day after school CDNIS staff escort students to their ASA as follows

Prep – Grade 2: All sessions

Grade 3 – 4: First 2 weeks

EY2 – Enrolment in Saturday Activities only

Can my child wear their PE uniform or Team kit on days of ASAs?

All students must wear their CDNIS school uniform to school and change into their activity uniform at the end of the school day.
