“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” ~ Margaret Mead.

The Global Issues Network is a group of students committed to making social and environmental change through participation in Amnesty Club, Animal Protection Club, Engage Myanmar Club, Environmental Club, Habitat for Humanity, Heifer International Club, Interact Club, the LGBTS Alliance, ORBIS Club, UNICEF Club or WWF club.  While these clubs each have individual identities, goals and activities, they all have one thing in common – a mission to make a difference by empowering students to take action.

With this shared desire in mind, the GIN clubs and participants will collaborate their efforts as part of a long-term goal to promote awareness of international issues, help students develop a sense of global stewardship and inspire them to create solutions for world problems.
