Physical Education for Reception to Grade 3
On March 16 was our annual Grade 3-4 Sports Day at the Stanley Ho Sports Ground. Every student had the opportunity to compete in a number of Track and Field events. The events offered included the 400m, 200m, 100m, Baseball Throw, 50m Hurdles, Standing Long Jump, Running Long Jump, Hop Sack races, Musical Spots, Capture the Flag, Dr. Dodgeball and Tug of War. The best runners from the 400m participated in the 4X100 Relay Race.
Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards were given to the top male and female athlete of each grade.
MVP for Grade 4 Boys was Jeffy Leung
MVP for Grade 4 Girls was Kareen Yeung
MVP for Grade 3 Boys was Evan Lee
MVP for Grade 3 Girls was Elana (Ellie) Kay

On March 12, 2011, 14 CDNIS gymnasts aged 7-12 competed in Thailand at the annual SEASAC Competition. These girls trained 4-6 hours per week all year long for this event and their hard work paid off.
Congratulations to the Level 1 Team who finished in second place with less than a 2 point difference!
