I grew up in Connecticut, in the Northeastern United States. While studying at Central Connecticut State University, I studied history. Upon graduating, I taught ESL at a public school in Incheon, South Korea. While there, I fell in love with teaching and exploring new cultures. Over the next few years I worked in education from grades Prep-12, primarily as a learning support teacher. I received my masters degree in special education from The University of Saint Joseph in 2013.
I am excited to be working at CDNIS again in 4th and 5th grades! I am committed to learning diversity and to being a lifelong learner myself.
