SLLRs!

In the next couple of weeks leading up to the Student Led Learning Reviews, students in grade 5 and 6 will be tuning in, finding out, sorting out, and making connections of what they have been learning in French.  Some ideas which came out of discussions include: making a game in which the learner teaches the parents words. sentences, questions and answers, teaching parents how to calculate simple math problems in French, talk about the classroom in French, introduce each other and even describe the clothes their peers are wearing.  Students in grade 6 discussed how they can teach their parents about African countries.   There are many good ideas.  Remember, it is a conference about your learning experience and to share that experience in a manner which cannot be done at home.

Have a wonderful, restful and safe spring break.  Joyeux Pâques!!
