Thank you and good-bye

by brendankean on June 15, 2013

Dear Parents,

Saying good-bye is never easy and this is no exception.

If I have ever thought twice about my decision to leave CDNIS, the last week has not helped!  I have had an overwhelming and very humbling experience in saying good-bye to students and parents.  The kind words and generous gifts from parents shows how fortunate I am to work in an industry that is not only rewarding, but where you are appreciated for the work you do.  So thank you for making me feel appreciated as a teacher.  It is hard to imagine I could have worked for a better and more understanding group of parents.

A special thank you to Denise who on many occasions has made me look more organized than I am!  She has been a great help for the last two years.  I am incredibly grateful for all her time and effort helping out at as our class parent.

A special good-bye to Noah, William and Sara as they embark on a new stage in their lives.  I wish them all the best in the future.  They will be sorely missed at CDNIS.

Fortunately, I am not moving too far away.  My personal email address is brendankean@yahoo.com.au

Please keep in touch. I hope to hear wonderful things about the class of 2A in the future.

Have a wonderful summer.

Take care,

Brendan
