“Awkward grammar appals a craftsman” – Christian Bok

I’ll be honest. I’m a nerd. I read. I think. I talk, perhaps too much. What attracts me to English Literature are ideas because a great book is full of them.

Ideas in literature aren’t always thematic or deeply philosophical. I love it when an author uses language differently than others have, like Christian Bok (the line from above). Bok manipulate language like no other poet I know. Can you see what he has done? (hint: vowels).
