Anne Chen

Hong Kong born, I grew up in Australia, have lived in Switzerland and my husband is from Hawaii.   This is my 9^th academic year at CDNIS, the 6^th year as classroom teacher in Grade 2.

My teaching philosophy is to facilitate students learning through authentic activities that are relevant to them. As well as concentrating on skills and knowledge acquisition, I also construct problem-based situations, which allow students to develop a deeper understanding of their own individual learning process.
