Teacher Profile
I am a global citizen with with a quilt-work of cultural identity. I am an outdoor and experiential-learning educator who dreams of a classroom with no walls. Currently confined to small spaces in Hong Kong, I inspire my indoor teaching with a fierce passion for technological integration which can dissolve the physical confines of space. I love computers, travelling, cooking, camping, photography, scuba diving, big dogs, biology, music and more than anything else in the whole world, teaching.
Teaching in a 1:1 technology-rich, culturally diverse, internationally-minded, inquiry-based classroom is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Both personally and professionally I am always looking for ways to meet new people, learn new things and challenge myself. I am eager to share resources and collaborate with as many people as possible so please send me comments and introduce yourself!

The Dynamos are daring and diligent! Dare I say this website demonstrates a dreamy, delicious, and delirious dedication by Miss Cahooooooooooosac. LOL.
Hi Ms C,
Love your blog- sensational!! I’m a year 5/6 teacher in beautiful Byron Bay Australia (some great diving & snorkeling around here). I’m doing an online web2.o course right now & I’m really struggling to digest the quanitiy of info about blogs & wikis and make some sense of it all and create something inspirational for my class. I’m sure I’ll get lots of ideas from your site- if you have any tips pls pass them on. Happy teaching. Greg
Hi Ms Cahusac, having fun hearing about the year ahead on curriculum night and very jealous that my daughter’s mac is so much better than mine!
Hi Miss Cahusac,
It’s interesting reading the 14 things about you. One thing we have in common is about Japanese food…I love it too, whatever you name it…sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki, yakitori, ramem…
Regards, Blanche (Justin’s mom).
Hi Ms Cahusac,
Just a quick note to say that my wife Vera and I love the blog and how you are actively reaching out to the parents and students using technology in a creative manner.
Best Regards, Tyler (Connor’s Dad).
Hi Ms Cahusac
It’s Mrs Cliff here writing from Australia. My year 5/6 class have just started our edublogs adventure. We have an interactive white board and five computers in our classroom, so we have to do our blogging lessons in small groups and it takes us a while to get through different tasks. Last week I asked my students to have a look at other students blogs. Lots of them made links to your students’ blogs as they really liked them. Some of the ‘daredevil’ blogs were very popular too. I have to say that your blog here is one of my favourites that I have come across. I find it very inspirational for my own class activities and a great example for what we want to do. My students are very keen to learn how to make fun cursors like your students have. If you have any tips for us we would love to hear them. Keep up the terrific work!
Mrs C
Hi Ms Cahusac,
I wish I could have that no. 12. Must be great to really lived to all that places.
Ms Cahusac I have nothing in common with you on that list! Unless double your age counts! But differences are something to enjoy.
Hello Ms. Cahusac,
I was reading your 14 things about you, and noticed we have lots in common! For example, I am also 30, am Canadian, am a certified SCUBA diver (my most recent trip to Sipidan/Kapalai was outstanding). As well, almost everyone in my family is also a teacher–at least on my mom’s side. Interesting, EH?
