For humanities, we were supposed to effectively reflect on the type of food we were consuming in a week through the use of a food journal. I think this was a very good experience to see how our food choices impact our bodies and the world. A common food habit of mine was eating a lot of carbohydrates through different fruits and vegetables, it is good for me as I do sports and they help me get energy. I have learned that you can get clocked arteries and diabetes if you eat too many carbs. This taught me responsibility skills and self-management skills as I had to remember to record what I eat for every meal.
