This helps me because I can set myself goals for the day and when I finished the goals I can be very impressed and have the felling of proudness in me. Every time you finish you can always be proud of your self and have the feeling of accomplishment.You can also go to sleep knowing that you had such a great day. Everyday if you accomplish something you will always be proud and can have the time to relax have a relieve of stress because you will know that you got to the point that you wanted to that you set for yourself that day or week.
