Almost every week we do a weekly reflection writing about what attitudes and/or attributes we showed.
This week I was balanced. Balanced means to do things equally. Example: Instead of eating 5 cakes a day, you eat 2 and run. So you have to keep everything equal. This week I din’t eat too much chocolate and candy, and I ran everyday. And I ate healthy food instead of eating too much junk.
Next week I want to work on being knowledgeable. It is when you are intelligent and smart. I want to concentrate more and become even more smart.
I will always try to be balanced and work on being knowledgable.
