Typhoon 8

Yesterday we had a typhoon 8 day. It was actually a great day off! I woke up at 6:45 am and I was very surprised that I wasn’t  woken up yet so I thought Emily forgot. I waited in my room hoping no one would come in my room to say time for school. I waited until 7:00 and then went down stairs. I did not here a peep and I was worried because I had read a book the night before and it was  about these people who get kidnapped by people with guns in a hurricane. It looked like a typhoon outside so my imagination got the better of me. So I went down to Emily and Terry’s room and knocked on the door. There was no answer for a while and I got worried and then Emily opened the door and said it was a typhoon so I was relived. For the rest of the day I hanged out at home then went to a friends house. One of my other friends was supposed to have a birthday party but it got cancelled because of the rain. After I got back from my friends house I did my reading then I went to bed.
