Attributes

This is self assessment that I did on guidance counselors.

Task: The task was to view a video about a conflict and then video yourself with the advice.

Purpose: I included this piece because I thought this would be a great chance to experience the job of a guidance counselor.

Learning: I have learned the things that you need to solve a conflict such as the possible ways you could solve a conflict, the personalities that might help the guidance counselor think of possible ways to solve the conflict.

Goals:  The thing I still find challenging thinking of ways to solve a conflict. I will continue to improve in this area by making a list of possible solutions as much as I can.
