KMT Court Case

by 084385 on April 25, 2013

Hey!

Photos of the Court Case:

I do not agree with the jury’s final verdict. I feel that the DEFENSE team was able to prove 7 out of 8 points of the Kinetic Molecular Theory, whilst the PROSECUTION team was only able to prove 0ne point, which was the point about not being able to see particles without an STM, therefore I felt that the team able to prove the most points (DEFENSE) should have won. :) The defense team was able to successfully prove and answer the questions that were asked whilst also trying to prove KMT. For example, when Jonathon presented his witness, he answered very effectively with purpose for all the questions asked. I was the expert witness for Witness #2 and I feel that Tara, Kyra and I did a good job representing our team for that particular experiment. If I could do a different job during the court case, I would probably be a expert witness and a photographer. I want to do this because I really enjoy taking photos and I loved the experience of standing up to defend my case. I learned more about KMT and how you can see and connect to it in the real world. I think that this was really cool because I was able to see things in a different perspective that I’ve never seen before. But with this whole experience, I was able to sort my data and my information properly in case of suboena and I was able to prepare myself mentally for any random questions asked by the opposite team. I felt under pressure because I didn’t want to let my team down because I didn’t know my witness well enough.

My Poster Reflection

December 18, 2012

Hi! This is my reflection and poster for MYP Design: If I had to do this poster all over again, I would make sure that all of the words are white, because there is one word, “liar” that is grey and hasn’t been whitened. I would also choose an appropriate typeface for my problem because [...]

The Lorax and the Man-Made Beach

November 8, 2012

Hey, The two AOI aspects “Human Ingenuity” and “Environment” can come into conflict sometimes. Human Ingenuity is mostly made up of man-made buildings and inventions whilst Environment is mostly made up resources, like trees, and animals. For example, during the movie “The Lorax”, the Once-ler comes to this beautiful, lively place to make Thneeds, an [...]
