One day when I was in Maldives, I went on a fishing trip with my family. We boarded a local made boat and went to the middle of the ocean and started fishing. The bate was fish and red meat. The first catch of the day was my dad he caught a small coral, it looked very cool. We all laughed at him because we weren’t looking for coral we were looking for fish. After a while this Korean family caught a huge fish but it wasn’t eatable so the crew threw it away back in the sea. After a long time I felt a little tug and I pulled up the rod and I had a fish! It was a small coral fish it was struggling, my mum took a photo of me so I could have it as a memory. The crew took the fish of the hook and threw back into the sea. No one caught a fish after until my mum said “I can’t pull it up!”. The 2 crew tried to pull but then they said that it was a manta ray and they couldn’t pull it up. After a while the hook came off and my mum could pull the rod up and look at what the manta ray did. 20 minutes later my mum got a pull at she tugged it and she got a medium sized fish, it was eatable but my mum didn’t want it. Half an hour later the boat went back to the hotel. And that was the end of the fishing trip.
