Healthy habits goals:
Habit 1: Physical training & Relationships: Be more active with my friends and go to boxing classes together.
Habit 2: Feelings & Mental health: Increase “Real” (Fresh) food intake sourced either locally or from trusted sellers.
Habit 3: Environmental: Reducing food waste of all types, not just food but packaging and ingredient usage.
Habit 4: Spiritual & Values – food: I simply want to try new unique dishes with more complicated ingredients while incorporating my other food related goals into these new recipes.
