Task: Use different kinds of Birds to solve conflicts.
Hummingbird-Compromiser (compromise, makes decision to make both teams agree on what they have)c
Owl-collaborator (thinks of both sides, wise choice)
Parakeet-Accommodator (let’s the other person do whatever they want to do)
Ostrich-Avoider (avoids the conflict, stay out of it)
Woodpecker-competitor (sticks with their own idea until the other team gives up)
Purpose: I want to share my experience with the 5 birds.
Learning: I learnt all the different birds resolving conflict ways when we were doing the task. The teacher gave us a conflict and we use the bird we were given to solve the conflict. One of the conflicts we were given was that a boy wants to play basketball with his friends till 12 pm, but his parents said that he must come back at 10 pm. We were given the Ostrich, the avoider, so we decided that the Ostrich will just go out and not play with his friends.
