This week, the hardest challenge was reading to my reading buddy because she doesn’t really listen to the story that I read to her. Although she was willing to put the books back and not fidget with anything. I overcame the challenge by asking and telling her to focus on the book and asking her questions.
The other challenge I faced was making the Literacy Circles posters with my group member after reading the book “Running Wild”. It was a challenge because I was the only one that actually designed the look of the poster and only one of my group members helped me. I couldn’t tell them to start working because they weren’t listening. I overcame the challenge by sorting out different jobs that they could do and help make decorations on the posters to make it look better.
