What distinguishes the natural sciences from other AOKs?

The natural sciences refers to the study of physical aspects of the world as we know it, such as animal physiology, technology or physics. The AOKs are a set of categories for knowledge. The natural sciences differ from other AOKs in that it is a separate category for knowledge to help us compartmentalise our generalisations and information about the physical world.
