Goals

Hey Hey! Long time no post! I finished my fitness test and finally did the beep test. I got 4.2 which isn’t my best score but.. still I still tried! It was better than skipping the whole thing. I also  had a major improvement in jumping as well! Yay! I got 142, which is better than the 116 from before. I think I got well because i was practicing tennis training at home every night. Next year I hope on getting a 5.2 in beep test and jump So much further.
