School’s Out!

by Champ 12 on July 20, 2012

Summer! Wonderful words. Two syllables. I know I’m late. Been so busy having fun! I’ll admit that the last days of school are fun. The last day of school is depressing. Leaving fifth grade behind is painful (to me), my friend Dynamo 1 moved to Singapore.

That’s what summer’s about I guess.  Freedom comes with a price. When you have to leave things behind but as always, the end is a new journey.

Summer. So far, I’ve been to Washington D.C to visit family, and friends (that means you N.E.S)! I have been to Annapolis, Maryland. An hour drive away from D.C to visit my great-uncle and great-aunt (I have a very confusing family tree.). In Washington I hung with my god father and god sister! I even got to spend a weekend with my old BFF N.E.S (that’s her innitials)! She’s still a BFF, don’t worry!

In Washington last year I bumped into her (unplanned) at the zoo! Anyways. After the great excitement in Washington D.C. My mom, my sister and I headed for Dallas, Texas to stay with my uncle. He has two children, a girl (20) and a boy (18). Really too old tom play a fairytale game or something. He plays baseball. I really big proffesional league in Dallas. Unfortunatly not yet with the pro’s, like Babe Ruth or someone like that.

After all the very important family things we went to my ‘home away from home’, Crested Butte, Colorado. A place where clear blue sky is normal sky. The perfect word to describe it is ‘town’. Mountains in every direction, the biggest one known as Mt. CB. Right now I’m in the Old Rock Library, in the centre of town. There are around two thousand people living in this area. It’s the perfect place for vacation! Far far aways from the noisy city of Hong Kong. I still like HK. Not saying I don’t like home. I just am comparing two and two.

I can’t wait to see my friends and everything in Hong Kong again! I miss everyone so much! That’s the latest update from Dynamo 11. Who soon won’t be a 5D Dynamo anymore…
