Trip To The Eco Park

Today my class went to the Eco park in Tuem Mun. We learned about landfills and recycling, first we went to a place where it was like a museum. Then we went to the recycling plant which is close to the Eco park. We saw how the rubbish were recycled. First they were sorted by different piles. Then the rubbish gets burned, then it gets chopped to little pieces, then they wash them. Then they can make something’s from that trash. I learned a lot of things like the recycling center can produce cloths from 30 bottles. Also there are three landfills in Hong Kong. So try to recycle as much rubbish as you can.
