Children’s rights

I think children’s rights are things you should be able to do, in some places some children are not treated with all of the rights. The children’s rights are survival (To be able to live), development (To be able to study or go to school), protection (Being safe and be protected by others) and participation (Able to tell other your thoughts and opinion).

In many different countries children that are under the age of 18 were forced to be soldiers, often they are abducted at school, on the streets or at home. Sometimes parents who are poor often make there children work to earn money, when they are actually suppose to learn, mainly in poor countries like afghanistan boys are the ones that goes to school and girls are the ones who clean the house etc. . . In some counties government/people could send people in jail with no reason to do it.

If you want to find out more you can take a look at Unicef: www.unicef.org, it is an organization that helps children in poor places, when natural disaster strikes they build tents for them, they even built water pipes for the to drink from which is more clean etc. . . and it might tell you more about children’s right or even human rights.
