Completed my 7000 steps today with an evening run. Didn't have the pedometer on for a lot of the day but I made it! Good weather for a change, it's not too hot in the evenings so I enjoyed my time out there. Here is a compilation of my PE journal entries over the course of this school year. This is a rather lengthy post. What I Achieved This Year; Challenge Points for Grade Eight I believe I did well this year on all criteria except for Criterion C -- performance.
