Book Review

As homework, we need to do a book review on a book we’ve read recently. I’ve read Brisingr, the third book of a series called the Inheritance Cycle.

Brisingr is a good book, an important continuum to the second book. It is an adventure/fantasy novel, meant for the age of nine or above. It relates about Eragon, the last free Dragon Rider in the kingdom of Alagaesia, and his dragon, Saphira. In this book, they continue on their quest to kill Galbatorix, the evil king of Alagaesia. With the help of the Varden, the army attacking Galbatorix, and the ancient elves, also opposing Galbatorix, they train with the elves in the realization that Saphira is one of the last dragons, and Eragon is probably the last free rider to live in Alagaesia. This book is mysterious, interesting, adventurous, and  sublime. If you like a style of adventure and fantasy, you’ll love Brisingr. I especially love the time when Eragon creates his sword, Brisingr. I would rate this book an 8 out of 10.  Go read it!
