These few days, we have been looking into our fraction unit in math. It’s seems that the grade fives are doing the same thing. To help the grade fives we decided to each make a movie that would help them divide fractions. We had to go through a lot to make this video. First, I used Sam animation to take pictures for my movie. Sam animation is a really neat program that can put together a lot of pictures making into a movie. ( The link for demo download: http://www.samanimation.com/ ) Next, I put together the separate movies in i-Movie and added a voiceover and subtitles. I hope that the video (below) will help you understand more about how to divide fractions.
