Investigation I have always been looking at taking my CAS experiences one step further. Therefore, I am planning to raise a large amount of money for the Asian University for Women in Chittagong, Bangladesh. I have taken interest in AUW as I am very interested in promoting education for women and allowing young girls who are extremely intelligent to get the opportunity for an amazing education. Reflection

An experience that has changed me is RESPECT, the refugee tutoring, and the further impact and reflection that I have made is the football coaching. As stated before I attend refugee tutoring sessions on several Saturdays to teach refugees common topics in English. Working with kids can be difficult but it made me more interested in getting involved with teaching and coaching. Thus, when I found out about the opportunity to coach younger girls football, I was intrigued. Getting involved with the wider community began my involvement with our school. What I want to achieve through my CAS experiences?

This year, I have taken the initiative to join RESPECT, a refugee tutoring club, as well as MLFA coaching. Although I enjoy spending time with children, these two activities have been extremely challenging. RESPECT, an acronym for Refugee Educational Support Program - Everyone Can Teach!, consists of multiple students who meet up for an hour on Saturday to teach  Hong Kong refugees. My New Skill or Challenge

Goal: Cook or bake once a week Purpose: Cooking/baking has always seemed to relax me when I'm stressed and I have found the results of making a dish to be extremely satisfying. I also always try and find "guilt-free" substitutes to the snacks/meals that I eat and I find that finding my own recipes is not very difficult. On top of this, I constantly am buying many new cookbooks but never using them, with this goal I'll be able to find great recipes through my old cookbooks and may even find more.
