Children rights

At school we learned that children’s rights are not playing games and not having what they want. Children’s rights  are having education, having there personality, being protected from child labour and we have to take action. We are in the book Iqbal Mashi, He did what a kid would have never have done, and he knew that people were going to kill him but he said I need to finish what I started. Another great example is liu xiaobao. He sanded up in front of a tank with nothing but his courage and people notice his courage so he won the nobel peace prize. YouTube Preview Image

Parvana is a brave young girl but the Taliban has taken there innocent dad and made unfair rules. So they take advantage of that. Craig kielburger is also a great example as he made a school for kids in child labors.

I do recommend this book. It shows determination and the courage of this young brave child that took action. When you start reading it’s almost impossible to stop reading it.

This is a very important topic and I am so glad to know you are discussing this in your classes. I remember watching the events in Tiananmen Square and being so impressed by the students’ courage and conviction. I’ve never read the book, Iqbal Mashi – would you recommend it?
