I know what my child is learning in school and the methods and skills he uses.He presented the subjects to me one by one which I found he has improved a lot in his organization skill. However, I hope he can do more research on some of topics which could make the presentation more attractive and detail in content. The interesting part was on blowing the trumpet, it’s much more difficult than I thought!

Preparing for the SLLR helped me understand myself as a learner because I was looking back at things and how they made me into an IB student and what I did to demonstrate the 5 essential elements. The most challenging part of preparing for the SLLR was that I had to have all the materials ready in time because we were given a short amount of time to prepare. If I could do this again, I would make my script for saying things more detailed and more understandble because my parent didnt understand some of what I was saying. The best part of the SLLR was when I was teeaching my mom how to play the trumpet because she did not know how to blow.
