On November 26th 2011, NASA launched a spacecraft called Mars Science Laboratory , headed to Mars. There are no humans on the spacecraft, but it is the home of a robot/rover called Curiosity. The spacecraft is expected to land on Mars in August 2012. Since scientists have found ice water on Mars, they have been exploring more to find life. This time Curiosity will be digging rocks and soil to find chemicals etc. This will also help us to understand if life could exist on Mars. The Mars Science Laboratory is the fourth spacecraft and the second rover NASA have sent to Mars.I think NASA has made the right choice to send another Rover to Mars, I think we will benefit because we will get to learn much more about Mars, and in the future we may be able to live on Mars YOU NEVER KNOW!
