It’s a picture I drew over the weekend of one of my favorite Touhou/Manga/Moe characters: Keine Kamishiwasara!
She’s a school teacher who head-butts people if they don’t do their homework and can turn into a demon on the full moon. She can also eat and create history respectively in human form and demon form.

Yeh, I knew I spelt something wrong >w<
Sorry for being a spelling critic, but I think it’s spelled Kamishirasawa, not Kamishiwasara.
