Welcome to my digital portfolio!

This year, my school is trying out what we call a digital portfolio in order to try and save paper. I will be putting in lots of digital files in so be sure to keep on checking! I hope you will enjoy my work!

 

My Math Tutorial

Create a math tutorial that teaches the viewer about an assigned section of math.

Purpose: (Why did you include this piece? What does it show about you as a learner?)
I included this piece because I spent a long time working on it and I gathered a lot of interesting information
Learning: (Describe what you have learned through this task.)

Goals: (What do you still find challenging? How might you continue to improve in this area?)
I found it challenging to remember that I alway needed to cite the sources I took my pictures from, but I did it in the end.

This is my Bio Poem!

Chance-

Talkative, dynamic, lively and witty,

Lover of family, friends, going to exotic places and reading,

Who feels miserable when he lets somebody down, happy when things work out and confused when he looks at computer coding,

Who finds buried treasure, Easter eggs and things to do,

Who needs presents, his parents and an iPod Touch,

Who gives a sprinkle of trouble, anti-dreariness candy, enthusiasm, and lots of laughs,

Who fears heights, losing someone close and any kind of humiliation,

Who enjoys playing guitar, making desserts and music, especially Aerosmith,

Who craves an all-access pass to all concerts, movies and baseball games, a personal hotel and moving to the Eastern part of the USA,

Who would like to see peace on Earth, more trees and a future so bright that you need sunglasses.

We were asked to create a poem to introduce ourselves to others.

Purpose: (Why did you include this piece? What does it show about you as a learner?)

I included this piece because it shows that I know how to follow the guidelines of a proper poem.

Learning: (Describe what you have learned through this task.)

I learned about the process I need to go through to create literature.

Goals: (What do you still find challenging? How might you continue to improve in this area?)

I still find it hard to follow the specific form because I enjoy being creative in my poetry.
