IB Learner Profile Trait #2 – Balanced

I am balanced as I delve in physical, emotional, and intellectual activities equally in order to relieve stress and maintain a healthy personal lifestyle. As an active competitive figure skater (Evidence 1), I practice regularly on ice with supplementary exercise such as yoga and biking (Evidence 2.2). Remaining active outside of school studies with scheduled activities helps me stop focusing and stressing about work, and creates healthy habits for me to follow in exercising my body. Through Instagram posts as evidence (Evidence 2), I have been following weekly goals for a healthy lifestyle which can be seen in this post (link). To compliment my exercise habits my diet has also changed in order to fully achieve a balanced lifestyle. As seen in Evidence 2.1, more natural foods have been added to my regular diet in order to provide my body with the proper nutrients for a healthy diet.
